Will we ever get CBC Winnipeg over-the-air coverage (using an antenna)?

Does anyone know if this is planned? I've been patiently waiting for CBC to restore coverage to Westman that I can pick up with my antenna for free, like I get CTV and Global. I'm losing my patience, though.
True, most people get coverage through cable or satellite, but some of us prefer not to subscribe. Some others can't afford it.
How about it, CBC?
