Lieutenant Governor's Winter Festival.. almost a month away!

It's almost the time of the year for the Lieutenant Governor's Winter Festival. What Pavilions are you looking forward to?
I'm looking forward to the Franco-Canadien pavilion again, I had a blast last year, crêpes and Unibroue beer, it was a fun time!
It appears every year there's less and less pavilions, there's no German pavilion this year, boooo
