Boxing Day? No, just noon on a January Sunday at Superstore

I was out driving at noon and couldn't help but notice the lineup (pictured at right) to get into Superstore as soon as the doors open. Superstore is of course known for being very busy on weekends, but I'd never been by right at noon to see that kind of lineup before.... is this status quo??
