Motel 6 in Brandon

In the paper it says that the construction has started. It's going to be a 75 room motel.
I've gone by there recently and the footprint looks awfully small for a 75 room motel and I was thinking it was another business was going up not a motel.
It's between the Comfort Inn and the half constructed truck stop.
