I can't believe some people (car accident)

A friend of mine was in a car accident tonight. I'm not exactly sure of the details right now, but I'm assuming it was the other persons fault because he drove off. Funny thing is, is license plate fell off! Too bad that didn't always happen, it would sure stop a lot of people from driving away. All I can say is I cannot wait for this guy to be charged with a hit and run!
