I'd like to start by saying I have nothing against folks who mod their cars for speed and high performance. Really, I don't care how fast they go, or where they go.  
 
However, can you PLEASE keep your racing to roads that can actually handle it. There's no reason to pull your RPM 0-60 pissing contests in residential areas.  
 
Where I saw you today, there are frequently elderly, families, pets, or children, going for walks in otherwise quiet back alleys. Plus there's a blind corner.  
 
If your adrenaline really needs to be pumped that badly, that you just can't wait for the highway, give me a PM, and I'll show you how to endanger yourself thoroughly and at a fraction of the cost. I guarantee you won't risk anyone's safety but your own.
