Crooked Treehouse...

Good friends of ours are in the process of building a tree house in the back yard for the kids. I think it's great however, they're obviously building it without a level. It's badly sloping one way, and it's painfully obvious. I know my kids will be playing there often and the fact that it's so unlevel, scares me. It looks like a bad accident waiting to happen. I really don't want them in it, it doesn't even have a proper ladder or slide.
Do I say something, or offer to help level it or mind my own business?
