I'm interested to see how much interest there is in such a facility.

For those who don't use Facebook, I have a blog about the Grandstands on my profile that I had made a few years ago.  
 
I think the city and surrounding area could benefit greatly from it. I believe it would be way better than a casino.  
 
What's your opinion about it. Maybe if there is enough interest, a developer will build one.
