Anyone else saddened by the current poll on walking paths?

I can't believe that 0 is tied for first place. Why don't people use our walking paths? I find the walking paths fantastic. It is free exercise, a great way to spend time with your family. They are Paved, nice scenery, always friendly people you meet, and yet apparently people don't use them. Why??
