The Artical says the count has not been recently high! Am I crazy or the mosquitoes not nuts out there???? Every time we go out in the evening we get covered in bites! Also I have been noticing them all around my door and every time I open it some of them get in the house, Nothing worse then those things buzzing around your ear while your trying to snooze! Guess I'll just have to stock up on the Off...  
 
Winnipeg starts fogging tonight at 9:30...  
 
I'm not 100% sure on all the effects of fogging on other wildlife (if any).. but I found this artical and it sounds good to me ....
