Brandon Sun says Brandon City Police have been given a 9000 ticket quota to fill. Not much chance of talking your way into a warning.
Personally I think this is BS. I believe if you are guilty of a traffic violation, you get a ticket... but to tell the police they HAVE to get this quota... could mean getting a very questionable ticket.
