I have been having problems receiving mail at home. I've had the same address for over two years, but lately it seems to be hit and miss getting my mail. I've missed receiving my cell phone bill the last two months, called MTS and they assured they had sent it out and it wasnt returned to them. Someone sent me a cheque beginning of last week and I still havent received it.  
I have tried calling the Canada Post office here in Brandon but of course they can't track letter mail and that I just have to wait. Who do I talk to to get some results or some answers?
