my bestfriends mom emails me frequently, we're pretty close. she started going to cfl games with this "man" friend from work. he's divorced and she is married. her and this friend do everything together, go to every football game together, he even bought her over a grand in cfl jerseys. but she claims they are just really good friends. her husband is great i love him too, but he is not into cfl or any of the things they do. her friend even spends the weekends with them. does anyone else think this relationship sounds inappropriate or is it just me? would you allow your spouse to have a friend like that? even when i go home for the weekend and we all party together her and her friend are off playing cards or drinking games alone. i asked my friend if she thinks its weird and she shrugs her shoulders. so wtf ?
