Lost wallet

Has anyone else lost their wallet or purse and it was your own fault? Right now I think my wallet is buried underneath a mountain of snow from the Thunderbird Bowl parking lot (were I work) and probably won't be recovered until spring. I'm hope someone found it before the snow was cleared and turns it into the restaurnt or bowling ally.
What processes did you go through to replace items that were lost. I cancelled my credit card, found out that I need a police report to get my SIN replaced. What's required to get a replacement Drivers Licence.
