There is another thread about snow dumping, but thought I would ask everyone's thoughts about the city's snow clearing efforts in the past couple of days.  
 
Personally, I think they have done a very good job. My only request would be that they find a way to turn off the beepers that are used when the vehicle is in reverse. They had a loader out clearing the ends of driveways at 4:00 am this morning. The loader's backup warning sounds would have been everyone's alarm clock.  
 
While I think it is great they sent out a loader to clear the driveways, they could have done it yesterday when the street was plowed. Most of us had cleared our own driveways by the time they came this morning. Failing that, if they are going to be out so early, they could turn the reverse warning beeper off.
