Well anyone that knows me...I say it the way it is...if you don't like it...well let's say...too bad! I want to take time to thank Princess Dental for the amazing first class service today. Other businesses should take note and pay attention on customer service, if I could give Princess Dental an award...I would. Thanks front desk ladies, Mel and Lauren and Guy for the amazing service today. From the initial call, to walking in, to getting the job done...bravo!  
 
Long story short...was in the Okanagan a few weeks ago, bought some cherries, bit down on a pit and broke a tooth. Instant pain. As we all know, from early childhood right to adulthood the dentist sometimes hasn't always been a favorite place to go but today changed my mind.  
 
I delayed making the call to my dentist until today and I'm glad I did. My original dentist had hip replacement and would not be available till the end of September...wow..that's crazy! I've always wanted to try Princess Dental but I'm one of those people who are loyal to the same doctor, barber, dentist, bank etc etc. Well here was my excuse to go try Guy and staff at Princess Dental. Guy is an exceptional business person I've met through other functions and I've always wanted to give him some business.  
 
I called, receptionist was very pleasant, even with me explaining my dentist was out of commission from another office, she said friendly and pleasantly "I can get you in if you want to come at 2 due to cancellation"...I said "let's do it" it was in only 20 minutes away but I took it. Got there...both receptionists professional and extremely friendly, had conversation with them...filled out a simple form and passed it across the counter to a big sincere smile. (Everyone has great teeth there!) I tried to sit down but was immediately called in by Mel, the dental assistant. I said "wow, already?" and she took me in as fast as the receptions placed the form down. Mel, friendly and professional did all the prep work for the dentist with one of the nicest smiles I've ever seen. With a TV in ceiling, Mel communicating to the dentist on her prep progess through in ear piece and neck microphone wasting no time. After Mel did her thing the dentist Lauren showed up immediately after. Asked if I wanted it fixed today, I said sure...and in 60 minutes or less, while watching TV with two really friendly people working on me...I was done. WOW!  
 
Hey I know the difference between fake and real and Guy... your staff and co-workers were real and just real awesome. Your just earned yourself Dean's "WOW" Compliment of the Year Excellent Service Award. Thanks, my aching tooth is feeling much better and was worth every penny my insurance company will pay me back (cause I had to pay it first hahahahaha. So nice to see great service is alive in Brandon and area. You've just made me change to a Princess Dental loyal customer.
