Just saying that I like certain retail stores for the employee knowledge and customer service. Renting movies from a video store where the employees can recommend and talk about movies is great. Buying CDs and books from stores where the employees do the same is also great. I do not want to see these types of stores physically disappear due to the myth that "everything is on the Internet". So cheers to the stores where the employees help to keep business and activity going at a local level with their efforts. There are certain things that can never be automated.
