MTS Aggressive Marketing Campaign a Real Turn Off

We've been getting 2 calls a day from their marketing department trying to sell their cable package. Is anyone else having the same problem? My parents don't even have a TV and don't want one either. So, they don't pick up and MTS harrasses them day and night...call call call. I think if someone doesn't answer their phone for a couple of weeks, tele-marketers should get the hint. Quite often though it's a machine and then they leave a message saying to call their marketing dept. Is MTS a number you can block? However, then one hestitates to do that as later it might be something important. Picking up also leads to a bad experience as they tend to be very aggressive in their sales job and you have a bad experience with that as well when you say no. Personally I think westman cable is a better arrangement and I'm not sure putting all your services in one basket is really that good of an idea.
