18th St. Traffic....

I really hope that they improve the traffic flow down 18th Street. I know that there is plans for the bridge over the river but they need to widen the bridge over the tracks. If you are going North on 18th St from Victoria traffic comes to a crawl at the bridge. Then you get the jerks who go flying by you on the right lane and then when the traffic is down to one lane they expect you to just let them in.
