Frederickson Performance Centre

Well I must say that I am not speechless many times. But when I walked down the stairs at Frederickson Performance Centre I was blown away.
For people that are not aware of this business Jim Frederickson is a personal trainer and has ventured out on his own and started up a brand new gym and training centre. The beauty of this business is that it is brand new and has all state of the art equipment.
Plus Jim and Jill have 5 or 6 personal trainers for you to pick from.
I have been going for 2 weeks and have really enjoyed the gym and the people are super friendly etc..... lots of easy parking as well.
