Banning Coffee drinking in cars.

I heard that because of the success of banning cell phones (new in mb, but there are studies across Canada that show accidents are reduced) that they are looking into banning the next big distraction. That being eating and drinking while driving. How far is the gov. going to go to control what we can and cannot do?
