fridge problem

can someone tell me what is wrong with my fridge??
it is a side by side the fridge does not stay cold enough infact gets warm and the freezer thaws everything out
i take everything out and put it in my spare fridge and then unplug it , let everything thaw out for about 24 hours and then wipe it all down and then plug it back in and its good for about 2 weeks then i do it all over again
does anyone know what it would cost to get a repair man in i am about 10 minute out of city limits
