Tree's are getting out of control in most backlanes

I looked down my back lane today from one end of the block to the other, and it looked like a trail threw the forrest that has been stomped on a for a while, city needs to get on people who are letting there bushes grow into the backlane so bad , you cant drive your car down it without tree branches doing damage to your ride
