my daughter and I went up to the bins with some clothes. As I drove up I noticed a red truck with his recycle bin and garbage bin in the back of his truck. As we stopped the red truck left. As we put our clothes into the clothing bin, I noticed a terrible smell. We walked around as this was the first time I had been there and I wanted to know what was avaiable. Well to my shock I found people were not only recycling but were also putting their garbage into the bins. All the effort of recycling goes down the tube, as everything in the bins must now go into waste landfill site because of this.I spoke to the landfill people and have been told they have to send a garbage truck to empty the bins almost every day because of this. Come on people these bins are only for recycling matter not for your cat litter or garbage. Soon we will lose these bins, the cost to the tax payers for the added trucks having to go there on a daily basis. If you see anyone throwing garbage into these bins please take their lic plate # and report it to the landfill people.Thanks
