Worms Discovered Indoors please help

I will be calling Poulin first thing, but has anybody else found these tiny worms hard shell curl up when they sense something, but otherwise they're ERIELY snake-like! Small but I'm absolutly freaking out omg please help!!! YUCK!! (Noticed them on damp towels to begin with)
