What are the rules in advertising a commercial business on a vehicle. Does the vehicle as well need to be licensed commercial and can you drive this to a place of business where you work but is not the business advertised on the vehicle. the reason I am asking is that I know someone who is driving around advertising her husbands company with All Purpose Plates and is taking it to where she works which is not for her husband. Their business is based out of their home. Who do I report it too if what they are doing is illegal?
