ok, so ive often come across different threads on here regarding this park, so why not put them all under one heading? so i started this for anyone who has a gripe or a for say beef with something that happend there.  
my beef is, i brought my dog there today, we bring her almost ever single day, and all the dogs love her. well today, she ran up to a dog and the dog snapped at her and started barking and running after her. so i held my dog back for a few and than let her run again. the smaller dog , again, came after my dog. an than that dogs owner proceeded to look at me as if it was my fault. so whatever, took her to other side of park to get away from situation, there was another dog there, same thing, was snapin at any dog that came near it. so we just leashed ouur dog and left to prevent anymore fighting. so in short my question is, what is the proper thing to do when ur dog is getting chased by a barking dog that wants to nip at it and is obviously not happy with my dog for some reason? do i leave or ask the other dogs owner to keep a eye on there pup?
