Please help (Career Path)

I'm wanting to explore the lifestyle as a counsellor..I have been informed that I would be a great counsellor for young teens but in order to be accepted at the ACC program I need experience in the field. Does anyone know what type of experience they request?! When I asked the woman as ACC she could not give me an exact answer. If anyone knows of a place in Brandon who would Hire me and help me to obtain the experience..PLEASE TEL ME!!
