Light Pollution By-Law

I read where city council may be discussing the issue of spot lights in the city and of course the Canad Inn's spot light will surely be the main topic of discussion. Are the bright lights of sleepy ol Brandon really that much of an issue?? I have to think Council has better things to be dealing with. Just my opinion.
