Computer power button doesn't work

I have an older computer that won't turn on.. I'm positive it is the power button because it "sticks" sometimes when you push it in.. Does anyone know someone who could help me? I don't want to take it anywhere special or put lots of money in it, because it is older and I don't need it, I just would like to fix it..
