This is kind of making me alittle mad. I understand the apartments and no dog policy simply because of noise and not having the availabilty to go outside whenever, but since when do people not allow pets into a rental house..thats the only other option people have if they have pets.  
Pets become part of the family. its not cool that people have to get rid of the dogs or cats because they cant find a place. Peoples next option is to rent a house for a yard for there animal. But now all i see is no pets allowed ANYWERE. like come on. charge a extra deductible or something to cover any damages. you have to understand that alot of people have pets and its not right to rent out a house without the option of having pets.  
I personally dont own any houses but when i do ill allow it for a extra deductible to cover any damage. I kind of find it cruel if you will. i think i said everything haha. thoughts??
