Bumping up a paid ad

Can anyone answer me on how and if you can bump up an ad you paid for? I have one on here and had it as sold as it was for daycare. My spots were full but I now have one spot available. I changed the ad and figured it would get bumped up but it didn't. Now I have paid for an ad that is sitting back on page 2 or 3. I tried contacting Adam but have not recieved any response. I think ads should be bumped up if you paid for them and have added new details.
