Facebook? What do you use it for? And what annoys you?

I am in my thirties. I go on facebook maybe twice a month, unless I get a friend request or notification of some sort. Last time I posted something on my wall in April, I think. It's great for finding people you haven't heard from in forever.
What annoys me?
1. People who make numerous posts every day.
2. People that think facebook is for talking to their spouses. eg. "Oh hunny, you are the best husband in the world! I am so proud of you!" (ok, if the hubby just did something extraordinary, say cooked supper, did the dishes, and the laundry, and then put the kids to bed, all without asking!!! and THEN, gave you a foot rub, then yes, by all means, broadcast it to the whole world.)
So when I read this article online, I laughed out loud. It makes perfect sense.
"A new study of Canadian university students suggests Facebook is a magnet for narcissists and people with low self-esteem.
Participants who were deemed narcissistic, and others shown to have low self-esteem, spent more time on the massively popular social-networking website, the York University research found.
Researcher Soraya Mehdizadeh also found that these people use Facebook as a means of self-promotion."
And on... You can read it here, if you'd like...

A while ago, my work setting required being surrounded with people just out of high school. Seriously, between facebook and farmville, I don't know how any of them ever got anything done.
