Japanese teacher/speaker

I am trying to go to Japan next summer and I am looking for a place or person that teaches Japaneses for a decent price. If anyone could throw ideas out for me that would be most appreciated. BTW don't suggest Rosetta stone or things like that I am looking for something that i can communicate with actual people.
