Has anyone noticed that the intersection on 18th and Richmond and surrounding area,...that the asphalt is crumbling again? I know Zenith still has to put another layer on top,....but it still should not be crumbling,.....no matter what the weather has been likefreeze thaw cycle).We had this problem with Maple Leaf Constuction and they redid it the next summer on 18th. Does anyone from Zenith know the cause of this? Is it a bad mixture, or was it put down to late in the year, or something else? Other places are fine they did further down, but seems around Richmond is the worst.
