Dear drivers. I understand you are allowed by law to make a right turn while the light is red.  
 
I have no issue with that. I actually agree with this law most of the time.  
 
What I do have an issue with, it's when one of you come speeding by, look left to see if any car is coming by and turn right around the corner without looking if anyone is about to cross.  
 
I see this almost everyday, often when I"m about to cross the street as the little white walking man appears. Heck, I nearly got hit a few times because of such reckless driving.  
 
SO please, look right before you make youre right turn on a red light.
