Baptism Cake

Looking for a baptism cake for my son's upcoming baptism. Saw the previous discussion on Sherri S's cakes and have contacted her. In the meantime, who else would you recommend? I know some friends of mine have had a lady in Minnedosa make their little girls birthday cakes, does anyone know who she is? Thanks!
