People still talking on their cell phones while driving!!!

I couldn't believe my eyes today...On Park Ave this guy was yapping it up on his cell.What do you think they make these laws for? Grab a flippin brain!
People don't seem to care. My hubby said he saw the same thing yesterday...
Guess they think they won't get caught...
