We have been in our home for a few weeks now and the first week we discovered they don't pick up the garbage on our side of the back lane. We looked around and saw that almost everyone had their bins onthe other side of the back lane and they always stayed there so we did the same thing. We made sure they weren't by the persons driveway, were far enough a part and weren't touching their fence. They are now back on my side. Are they allowed to move them if they aren't on their property?? Do they really own the little patch of back lane grass? Am i really going to have to leave all my kids in the house and move my bin IF i remember it's garbage day. I find this kind of ignorant on their part. Again everyone else on our street has them lined up on this one side in the back lane...what is so special about these people...
