18th and Park lights out

Just a heads up that the lights at 18th and Park are out (or at least flashing yellow) meaning 4-way stop rules are in effect. It's making for a VERY slow crawl of traffic through the intersection. I'd recommend avoiding at all costs if you have anywhere to be and hope to be on time.
