Can a person just have a public wine tasting party, in their home, without being looked upon as a bootlegger?  
I would like to have one during the holiday season, with a non-perishable food drive kind of theme, but would prefer NOT to get arrested or fined. I'm sure that any potential guests would feel the same.  
The plan we had talked about was 'a glass of wine for each non-perishable item brought'.
