Here again is the topic everyone is still talkin about. Textin while driving or talkin while drivin and how brandon drivers still do it. What i dont understand is how the Brandon city police expect the drivers to not do it or get a fine when the Brandon city police officers still do it themselves, on numerous accounts i have driven pass a police car and seen the driver on his phone or on his labtop. A laptop is really no difference than textin on a phone but a smaller key board whoopi. Thats my rant. Just figured if we have to stop so do they..
