now illegal to ride your bike on sidewalk

111$ fine if you get caught with a 16inch or bigger wheel. Just heard on the radio. personally i think thats just stupid. the way drivers are these days theres going to be a increase in people being hit for sure. I guess ill just keep driving to work instead of biking. you wont see me out there for sure.
another thing is I wonder how this works if your pulling one of those baby carriers.. out for a nice bike ride in the summer is that illegal to be on the sidewalk? I sure wouldnt be riding down the side of the road with my child in the back!
