Garbage Bins and Backlanes

When looking down Brandon's backlanes all you see is garbage bins scattered all over the place and garbage laying on the ground as well as grass and weeds that have never been cut all year. There are some people that take pride in keeping there backlane neat and clean behind there property, wouldn't it be great if everyone felt the same way.
