Brandon City Hall Question Period Proposal - Stephen Montague

I totally applaud this idea put forth by Richmond Ward Councillor Stephen Montague. All in all, it boils down to accountability.
It's about letting the public ask questions about agenda items that are being voted on.
I'm all for this. We have been lacking public input for quite some time with the last administration. Here is the link:
