strong perfume!

so my little cousin and i decided to go to yogi bear tonight. she is 4 and has breathing problems. someone was wearing so much perfume that she couldnt stop coughing and asking me what that smell was, it wasnt even a nice perfume, it made my eyes water and nose burn. it was actually really uncomfortable for us both. i dont like to complain but that was a little much, did anyone else notice it?
