My best experience was at a restaurant in Brandon also, we went in, got seated and ordered our drinks, and got them in less then 5 mins. We then ordered our appetizers and main course, and received the apps. very quickly. Our main course was then brought to us in about 20 mins. We began to eat and the waiter had come back to see if we wanted another drink, and at the same time, I had began to gag (I know... gross) but he asked me if I was alright, and I managed to cough it up. It was a hard piece of plastic that was stuck to a piece of my meal. He then took my plate back to the kitchen, returned with the manager, and the manager asked me if I would like another meal, and I agreed to it. The manager personally brought me my other meal, and told us (me and my wife) that we could both order 2 more drinks, (on the house). I think this was extremely nice of the manager to do this. We did however leave a hefty tip, that would at least cover the 2 extra free drinks. We did return there in a couple of weeks, and were, as luck would have it,greeted by the same waiter. I will go back there to eat anytime.
