In the spirit of the season and giving, I wanted to ask if others are impacted by where places donate?  
 
I tend to spend my money in places that support the causes that matter to me. I've caught myself this Christmas, more than once, saying "I am going to buy that at such-and-such a place because I know they always give to my favorite cause." Do other people care about this? Does charity play a role in where you spend your money?
