Does he have the right to a education while he is in prison? proper nutrition?  
medical treatment? counselling? anger Mgt courses ect...  
Here is the cold hard truth. He will walk a free man one day while Erin lays in her grave. The sad fact is life does not mean life in Canada. He only killed one person in the eyes of the law. He is not a Clifford Olsen or Paul Bernardo in the eyes of the law. So do we as a society want angry men/women with a hate on for the world being realeased? Shoud we give him the skills to obtain employment when he gets realeased? Now think of this for one sec. He won`t even be 50 when he walks out of jail. " THAT MAKES ME MADDER THAN HELL" but it`s a fact we have to face. going by stats he will live to be at least 72 if not more. He`ll be able to go and visit Erins grave if he pleases or go for a walk or do almost anything he wants to within the law. When all the media has died down one day a prison door will open and out will walk Bridges back into "OUR" world. He will have his rights restored. Makes ya want to vomit does it not? It sure does for me. So what do we do with the Michael bridges of the Canadian legal system? I have no clue. People get released from prison every day.  
It`s scary but true. Will he right a book himself and become rich from what he did?
