City of Brandon recreation plan - hub concept

Had a perusal of the City's recreation plan at

The one concept that really seems to jump out at me is the idea of creating what they call modern "hubs" throughout the city for outdoor recreation.
Based on land availability, various areas for children and families would be created featuring a combination of Spray Parks, Beach Volleyball, Basketball,
BMX, Skateboarding, Tennis Courts, Lawn Bowling, Tennis, and Play Structures.
My questions are:
- what types of activities would you like to see a higher focus placed on? Are they any other activities that have been missed in that list that you feel have wide enough appeal?
- the proposal mentions creating 5 hubs. What parts of town, specific or general, would you like to see such a concept put together? (this in addition to the recently created one at Stanley Park)
